Casa Diaro sells made-to-order print-on-demand products. As each product is manufactured after an order is placed:

• Minor variations in print placement, stitching, colour, fabric texture, or finishing may occur.
• Product colours may appear different due to monitor, mobile display, lighting, photography, or printing variations.
• Slight size variations within normal manufacturing tolerances may occur.

These variations are considered normal manufacturing characteristics and do not constitute defects.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue any product.
• Modify designs, colours, specifications, or pricing without prior notice.
• Limit quantities purchased by any customer.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). While we strive for accuracy, pricing, descriptions, or product information may occasionally contain errors.

Casa Diaro reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel orders placed using incorrect pricing or information. If payment has already been received, the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

6. Payments

We accept payment methods displayed during checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification or COD confirmation where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or payment irregularities.

7. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email or message acknowledges receipt of your order only. It does not constitute acceptance of the order.

Casa Diaro reserves the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order before dispatch for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud
• Pricing errors
• Product unavailability
• Manufacturing issues
• Payment verification failure
• Legal or regulatory requirements

8. Print-on-Demand Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured only after an order is placed. Accordingly:

• Production begins shortly after order confirmation.
• Orders may not be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only. Actual delivery may vary due to manufacturing schedules, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Casa Diaro is not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party courier services after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

10. Returns & Replacements

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or minor manufacturing variations.

If you receive a damaged product, incorrect product, or genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly at casadiaro.official@gmail.com with order details and clear photographs.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, brand names, graphics, product designs, images, artwork, and text, is the intellectual property of Casa Diaro or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
